Layer 1 should be the top layer. Your original image (layer 6) should be under all the other layers.
If there is still something you don't understand, just ask.
Layer 1 - Overlay, opacity: 40%

Layer 2 - DBDDB3, Hard Light, opacity: 20%

Layer 3 - FCFFDE, Soft Light, opacity: 70%

Layer 4 - 0600FF, Exclusion, opacity: 30%

Layer 5 - FF7997, Linear Dodge, opacity: 15%

Layer 6 - Your Image
